Talehay Cottages, are delightful stone built cottages, set around an open courtyard in one of Cornwalls "Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty".
Talehay Farmhouse, a grade 2 listed "Cornish farmstead" with its origins back to the 17th century, is no longer a working farm and guests are free to wander, the surrounding two and a half acres of pasture land surrounding the house and cottages.
All the cottages are situated in spacious communal gardens, with lawned areas that are ideal for picnics and barbecues and safe for your children to play in. All cottages are supplied with their own picnic table and seating area as well as benefiting from the use of the communal gardens.
There are five cottages available for guests to choose from, sleeping from 2 to 4 people. They still retain much of their original character, including beamed ceilings and are tastefully furnished with all of the things you expect to find
plus those little extras that make your stay so very special.
They all have fully equipped kitchens, bathroom with bath/shower/toilet
and TV/Video/DVD/CD player in the Lounge area.
We personally supervise the cottages to assure the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness and we are proud to say that many of our guests return regularly each year and highly recommend us to their family and friends.
